Chicken Drumstick is the part between the chicken thigh to the claw, also known as the “lute leg” in Chinese, which has less meat. Because of the heavy load and exercise, the chicken calf is almost full of muscle and the fat content is relatively low, so the drumstick is more chewy and tastes better.
鸡小腿是鸡大腿和鸡爪之间的那部分,又称琵琶腿,肉比较少。因为平时负重和运动量多,鸡小腿上几乎全是肌肉,脂肪含量相对较低,所以小腿吃起来口感劲道,味道会更好。
